WHO Our intended Primary Client base will be from the nearest large population centers within a driving distance of about 250 miles. (Ex: Charlotte, Columbia, Raleigh/ Durham, etc.)

  1. Our staff can perform a monthly on-site evaluation at each facility. Results of these evaluations will be compiled on three levels:
  2. Maintenance Report: Staff observations of specific deficiencies with estimated materials costs (if any) and projected man hours needed to resolve problems.
  3. Manager's Report: Maintenance report PLUS evaluation of ongoing projects.
  4. Owners Report: Maintenance & Manager's reports PLUS Specific Owner report.
  5. Reports are submitted to a designated person (or persons) as per your specific requests. Further Reports will be compiled periodically, both to assess improvements made during the preceding months and to address any anticipated seasonal problems which could affect your business in the upcoming months.
